TBS DigiCon6 Awards is an annual competition held each fall, for the objective of seeking and recognizing talented creators throughout Asia (12th TBS DigiCon6 participating regions: Japan, China, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand:) and rewarding them for their outstanding works. DigiCon6 furthermore provides these creators with opportunities to expand their creative ground by supporting their innovative minds and activities year-round.
All submitted Works are reviewed and judged by TBS DigiCon6 Awards organization members and a panel of industry experts - based on the quality of work, ideas, and originality.
TBS DigiCon6 Awards is sponsored by Tokyo Broadcasting System Holdings, Inc. and Tokyo Broadcasting System Television, Inc., and organized by the TBS DigiCon6 Headquarters.
The Indian Region Organisers are Frameboxx Animation | Visual Effects in association with CGTANTRA Network and the Event Partner is Frameflixx Awards.
CGTANTRA Collected more than 200 entries from Professionals, Students, Institutes and Studios across India and got a preselection Jury to choose the top 5 films to be sent for the Main Competition in Tokyo.
This year, the Indian Regional Award Winning Entry went to the film - "The Boy who Slept in Class" by Lavanya Naidu from NID. There was another winning entry from India. The FIlm " Pardesi " of DSK Supinfocom, Pune won the BEST CREATIVITY AWARD as well.
