Question Please Advice!!

Hello, I am a student and want to specialize in animation.
My questions is do I need to go deep into RIGGING to become a good ANIMATOR or is the basic knowledge enough?? Please Help...

Basic knowledge will work fine if you want to go deep into character animation.

Default Animator Cum Rigger

Hi,
It is not that you have to be expert in rigging for specializing in animation.
but if you know Character setup you can rectify the problems in animation and if you are good enough in rigging you can solve the problems most animators faces who are freshers.So my advice is learn rigging too.
