excellent job.... skin tone is beautiful man... just tweak more on the eyes area the upper eyelid looks edgy...make it more smooth..and compress it more with the eyeballs...there seems to be a gap in between....

   then the nose lobes...just work bit more on that...

  otherwise the model is rocking dude.... very realistic textures as well... i love that forehead.... good .. good.... keep going pal...

   can u post the wireframe ??

Apart from these changes Work is Awesome..

I like the skin & hair texture, make specified changes in cheek area.

Overall features of the model are looking very sharp try 2 make them bit smooth
