Default Displacement and normal maps

HI guys, can anyone tell me the steps for generating an seamless disp and normal map in z3.5 or using any applications. i tried xnormal i get seam there too.

seams spoil out my works.

please help!!!!

even if your normal maps get seam, try cleaning it in photoshop.
Just use the brush tool or clone tool on the boarders on the seams.
That how i do it.

thanks for your solution sir, but the technique you suggested wont help in critical areas like skin details, nor design patterns and so!

just send high resolution mesh to x normal map in obj.
than use base mesh from maya to x mormal ................befor open uv you can generate uv.......................okh
