Box lift animation!!!

gd concept bt needs lots of improvment in animation......
u keep first pose still 4 few frms, give some moving hold so tht it looks alive u cn also gv some blinks.. when it is going to pick d box look at d arc of d pelvis it is going straight n from around frm 22 there is also jerk in rotation of d pelvis n there is no ease in n out in d act tht's why it is nt looking interesting ...... overall it is looking incomplete work on arcs,timing etc .. n i don't understand wht is going with d box after frm 120. n in d end part, d snappy part i think u need work on poses there is some jerks in tht part............
