hey im using softimage 6.5. im not getting that option from where i can define that format of sequence render, means if i need render sequence in TGA format or JPG, then from where i can define it. plzzzzzzzzz help me.

Go to the Render Manager> from Output Tab just find out "Render Channels Output" and when you activate it you will be able to see Edit button below "Render Channels Output" box click on that "Edit" you will have one more window and change Output Format whatever you want..

hey jatin thnks a lot yaar i got solution prb is solved, now i came to know that i had to activate "render channels output".

ok by the way just tell me one more thing that in render manager>current pass tab> two option "manager" and "render pass", so under render pass there r two option CURRENT, SELECTED, ALL and now my prob. is
which option i should click for final render command? and i have a tut. but it belongs to 5 version and from 5-6.5 version so many things hav been changed so i cldnt get that which option i should click for final render command.
so can give me guidance or any link of tutorials of new version from where i can clear my doubt? no prob wid rapid or torrent link.

Current" will render the pass that is well "currently active"

Selected. will render all the passes(*P in the explorer) explorer (*8).

All will render out all the passes you have in your scene.
