Hi everyone, posting this sketch after long time. did this character for my personal portfolio inspired from Baium from Onimusha Game. just working on the proportions and forms right now. still in progress. posting some hi res screengrabs and low res as well. armour, clothing and other details yet to be added. Hope u ppl like it.

Nice Work . but check out the proportions Legs are out of proportions n check the lower arm also. dont try out to be clean sculpt. Organic feel is missing in your model.
manik : thnx for the comment. but if u r talking about the over all size of the legs, then it is intentional. the character is like that only .. and about the lower arm thing, i do agree n i m already working on it. thanx anyways.

i didnt get much time to put up the images frequently. but anyways, here is an update of the baium project. i've added some basic armour and tweaked the whole body in many areas.

Ekalavya : thanks for appreciating mate.. about the crits, the proportions are intentional so as to give the super heroic n inhuman luk. the pants were baggy in the reference due the knee armour.. the lower acc were WIP so i was thinking of adding some details. head again is intentional to give the inhuman luk. and the and around his neck is over grown clavical, it is organic but a bit tight with skin wrapped around ... i still need to work upon that for finer skin details. anyways .... i really appreciate your feedback. thanks a bunch !! :-)

been little long since i've posted any update for baium as i was pretty packed up with work. anyways .. heres little update. i've tweaked some parts on the body itself. plus tried a new idea for the torso. plus added some details on the armour. still a lot to do..rich feedback wud be of gud help. will be doing the low res too .. so this was just an attempt to see how is it luking ..
normal map has been applied on 2nd lvl mesh here.

Nice work coming up. I liked the details on the armour(leg and waist part). But u need to check some proportions, especially the baggy pant. U said its intensional and u want to make it inhuman, but buddy its really not matching the character's proportion and it feels disproportionate. Saying that inhuman bulky/muscular character wearing a baggy pant, sounds werid. So if u work on that part, will be good.
Also u need the check the hair or the wire in the head coming out. Its not matching the proportions. If u dont match the proportions then the overall volume breaks out.
