Well you can try some different wood textures cause right now they all look a bit too similar.
Try to get some environment showing through the window.
Apart from that try to get some darks in the image (it has too many light tones).
Is that light leaking through the door?
Good work overall.
Keep it up.

Sorry for posting late.. Thanks everyone for replying.. i really appreciate it
Aditya:
Yes you were correct with door, it was not placed correctly.. i adjusted it now, i am working on the wood texture thing as well.. however i placed a background image a plane and an image on top of that..
out of the window i used "Vray Light" scaled it to fit to the window's dimensions.. but now the room has become too dark, if i keep the image slightly before the light.. image does not show up in render and its all bright outside.. and if i place slightly in, then it goes too dark..
Please help me on this issue..
Manik: Thanks buddy
Vishwas: Thankyou
Prateek: Yes i have corrected the leakage of light..
Rageshraj: Thanks friend
Regards

Further improvements: Fixed the outside image, dont know if i have done the job here..
and heres another render with blinds and inside lights making prominence.. + on with Aditya's post.. I've made changes with texture of chairs.. Shall i put that dark texture to all the chairs? or light one on all the chairs?
and here's one with Sun outside + blinds
Guys.. keep posting your Comments and Critics..
Regards
Garvit

Thanks Nupur!
Nupur, by bookrack being overexposed do you mean about material of thebookrack.. coz.. i've now changed it to wood
yeah i am working on the light actually its burning the ceiling...
about the door hehe where else could i place it.. in the room..
Girls are good at placing things.. which i lack majorly! the asthetics and mood, can you suggest an apt place to put the door...
Here are some renders:

yes now its gr8
n regarding d door u dont need 2 shift it
just scale it up a bit soo it fits properly n tat white light dosent come
n u dont even need 2 increase d key light
u can put up a low intensity fill on d other side of d room
so it illuminates n dosent even burn stuff
and sivaroyal is right
u r pretty dedicated
n u r improving 2
soo good luck
keep working n keep rising
cheers

Sivaroyal: Thanks buddy, just working to be better, render after render
Nupur: Hearty thanks, for your comments and suggestions, please keep them coming..
For the Door: Damn! i went too close in the scene.. there is no leak there.. its the bevel area thats reflecting dont know why, anyways.. Photoshop zindabad!! fixed it in PS,
I have introduced a keylight in back right corner to compensate some of the darker areas which you were talking about.. has that done the job?
Thanks for the wishes.. and support m HUNGRY for that
Here's the render:
I am decreasing the light intensity of the front window by 25-35% to see if it reduces the Burn at the top..
Keep posting. . .
Thanks

Nupur, by bounce you mean the area on the top right is being dark?
How about now nupur? added another soft light on the top right and some fixes in PS..
I am planning to put a backpack in the scene too with some notebook and pens.. Where do you think in the scene the bag would look pleasing
Regards
