OUR ARTWORK NAME IS "VEER ABHIMANYU - THE LAST MAN STANDING"

STORY:
Five thousand years ago an epic battle was fought between the forces of evil and the righteous. In the eighteen-day
Mahabharat war, the thirteenth day would be remembered by all children till eternity.
a noble sixteen year old child pitted himself against mighty warriors. His name was Abhimanyu, son of Arjun.

Abhimanyu fought valiantly. He smashed and destroyed the hundreds of arrows
fired at him. On several occasions, all of them had to flee his
tremendous volley of arrows. He cut down many other Maharathis.

Immediatly , Karna attacked from the back. From back he broke Veeraabhimanyu’s
bow. Krupaachaarya killed the horses of Abhimanyu’s ratham.
Ashvatthaama killed the Ratha-saarathi and next moment Dronaachaarya
powdered the Ratham and Abhimanyu’s other aayudhams.

HE had nothing to fight with , so he broke the chakra of the chariot
and used it as a weapon to fight

That day single-handed Abhimanyu killed 1 Akshauhini sena

this is the story of veer abhimanyu ...

THE SCENE:
well basically we are goin to show that abhimanyu is barely standing on his feet at the centre of the all dead soldiers lying in front of him..he is almost beatenup,tired and hurt with wounds,cuts & lots of arrows on his shoulder & thighs...he is using the chariot wheel as a support to stand & he is holding the chariot wheel which is almost half destroyed & almost shattered into pieces & from abhimanyu left side,few soldiers are comin to attack him from behind & from the right we are goin to show Dushasana's son coming to attack him with a mace...

The reason we thought of creating this is that..many people will be making abhimanyu holding the chariot wheel & fighting with the soldiers..which will be almost become like a common entry...so me and my team we thought about creating a scene where abhimanyu fights bravely before he dies with the Dushasana's son's "mace" which cracks his skull..which is very rare and we thought that nobody could even think about making that...the other reason we are showing alot of dead bodies around is that abhimanyu was so strong,he killed alot of people like Ashmaka’s son, Shalya younger brother, Shalya’s son Rukmaratha, Drighalochana, Kundavedhi, Sushena, Vasatiya, Kratha and numerous other great warriors & soldiers..

HERE IS THE SAMPLE PAINT-OVER PHOTO MANPULATION CONCEPT (just to give u a rought idea on what are we goin to create):



this is the chariot wheel reference which we are goin to use,but we wont be creating that detailed,we will be giving just the old wooden chariot wheel..



well basically we are not creating or showing everything in gold in color like ones which we have seen in ACK (amar chitra katha) or TV Shows where the crown & armors are gold in color & even the chariots are gold in color..but we are creating abit different look

anyways this is the soldier concept art, its not a gr8 artwork though , we might be doin any one of these :

we will be starting with the modeling process & we will be telling how are we gonna work..basically a modeling pipeline which i follow :P

@sriram - thanx bud..even i cant get my itchy hands to recreate this in digital version..but we are facing a small concept problem...but we are fixing that issue hopefully we will be uploading the finalized concepts by monday

@Ritz - I completely agree with you..even me & my team we were also had a discussion with our concept..even we had a feeling that it didnt had that indian touch to it & we also realised onething that we have to plan accordingly till sunday so that we dnt have any problems in the near future..

@proartlov - well its not at all inspired with warhammer concept..these are just normal & simple knight armors we thought off...well we just cant think of any other designs or styles but we are still working on that.. so we are under the concept stage finalizing the designs of the armour & give a indian touch
