For a fresher, I can say that is some good promise and lots can be achieved provided you have a good mentor at hand....
To begin with, while I would love to give some animation feedback, will share my general view on it for now...
-keep a simple fade in/out for your title
-do not use too much textural details or any other thing which takes away from what you want to show essentially....
for instance, the first shot has too much texture details, so the viewer is caught up on seeing the visual rather than the perforance
even so, for all the water in the pool.....if your acting / action is good and believable, you will be able sell a shot even with minimal detail.
It would help to spend all that extra time finessing your animation.
Hope that makes sense.
