Hi Chirag,
It's a great news that you've entered in this exciting field of Animation! Since you're a fresher, much can not be expected from your side at this moment (though some of them do some great stuff initially only!). Your image has got that childish touch in it! It can not be said a good one! The trees and sun look odd! You've used the Bevel & Emboss on the tree leaves, which is wierd! And now about the sun; it is not clear where the sun actually is? And where are the rays? You need to learn a lot! I mean a lot! First the easy one! Try creating the sun first using the "feather" feature in Photoshop! Try shading it with colors like yellow, orange and red! Now throw light rays from it in a definite direction!
