Many ppl asked me if i ussed some kind of plugin for car dynamics and physics.
but NO, I acually rigged my cars that way and all animation is animation. I did not use any dynamics.
Manish: The camera is also hand animated, my animation skills was one
of the biggest things i was trying to show with this peice, many of u
must have noticed the modeling of the cars is not that good, and so i
focused on animation to ateast make their movements real.
Thanks to all the 2D Animation principles and all related knowledge
that i got from VFS, is really helpful for making animations real. The
udnerstanding for weight, time, secondary motion, follow thru
etc... its really hard to animate in 3d,4d or 6d if you dont
undertand how animation works in 2d or classical anim.
Satan: Hey, ofcourse the same animation can be easily used in games,
but for car games, its all controlled with physics in-game. I
have only seen a very few games with realistc car movements. GTA
and Driver1 and maybe NFS:UG.
