Hey Fiaz, what exactly do you want to replicate from zbrush ? i know that Mudbox doesnt have a wider variety of brushes but as far as i know , the standard , move and smooth brush is pretty good enough to do sculpting along with changing the settings as desired .
Additionally you can try checking out this link , it shows you how to get a clay tube or rake effect from your brushes in mudbox and probably help you better understand the brush system .
