Hi Sujit,

The Matte-Painting is looking good! Although you could have used an interesting sky; not as simple as the one you have used here! Also, there should not be any moving elements in a Matte-Painting usually, like birds you have used! There is not much of a visible difference between the foreground and the mid-ground region; you can add some rocks in there at the foreground! Otherwise, it's a good attempt!
