1. how to attend this event I know its online but still how to attend, do i need to subscribe to any of the site
You just have to visit this thread at the time of seminar. Their will be a video embedded in the forst post. Seminar will stream Live in it.
2. what all configuration and software should my pc have so i can attend this event
No software needed. Just a good internet line that you might be having already. If you can watch youtube without any waiting time, you will be able to watch this.
3. When i will come online to this thread and then how to use it.
Time and date is mentioned - 11th August, 3 o clock afternoon. Just refresh this page at that time in case you dont see any video embedded.
Hope that helps Anshuman. Do spread the word about it.
hi,
i am looking forward for such interaction & great knowledge being shared.also thanks for coming up with such an idea of conducting the seminar online.thats really great..i just hope i am not tied up with some work of mine. thank u
Hi people.. we will start testing in 5 mins. Login in the chatbox with a nickname so that you can ask your questions from Shyam and can interact with everyone.
for some strange reason, Livestream is not showing the video but, I've recorded the session using camtasia with better quality...not sure why the sound is horrible..so sorry about that.
it was a nice session .. but was a little boring as you were only answering questions and did not get in too deep in the sketch.
would be great if you can elaborate on a theme, show different comparisons say comparing a skull to other types of skull..even maybe an animal skull .. that would show us more the difference ...
Also if you have reference pictures from famous artists that also would be great...
These are just suggestions .. hopefully we will get to see more !
cheers

Thanks for the honest feedback..sorry if the session was boring to you..
First of all, its one of the 3 sessions (2 hrs. each) and it was about human skull and basic facial muscles and like i said, anatomy is a very complicated topic and that's NOT our main topic for this webinar too.. so, it's kind of impossible to compare human skull AND animal skulls and talk about the differences between them within just 2 hours...and as you have seen, most of the people were beginners so they were more concerned about software and tools settings etc. and i couldn't just avoid their questions and keep drawing as interaction is must for this kind of session..we need to think about all kind of skill levels here.
It was just a first part of first session of this kind, if we get good response then we can even have a special session about 'Anatomy'.
in future, we CAN think about different sessions for different kind of skill levels if people are interested.
you can clearly see that how many people are really interested in this kind of sessions by the number of replies here even though the session is 'free'.
