@Nima13 : Yes I told you because i saw the answer of the same question in Q n A Threat. Then I got to know that , You must be Indian and must have a Resident in India. It is allowed if you are Indian but you are working outside of India. NRIs are allowed.

You can get Showcase Award if your Artwork will be Best....
