Default 3d max 2012 volumetric problem

He guys i am using 3ds 2012 64bit. I want to add some sun rays and some underwater rays in my scene. I also add volume light In effects and enviroment. I adds volumetric effect but thts to grainy and weird. Any suggestions to smooth out ????

yo can try Parti volume shaders...this is a mentalRay shader used for creating volume renders
