Nice Effort said you have no professional training in CGI. You've got Fine Imagination and Visualisation skills.
What u may be lacking is technical knowledge and a professional's view.
U need to observe and learn a bit more things.
Follow orb3's advice and i also need u to look into the showreels section in this forum. Watch them, see how they are made.
no problem at all, infact I was looking forward for straight forward and frank feedback. I appreciate for the reply. I will take that sportive and polish my work further.

Thanks, I can't say how many showreels I have gone thru. I already started working for my new project. Will get back with challenging task.
To land a job you must be EXEPTIONAL. YOu must stand out cos as you know that in this line there are limited no. of jobs and too many applicants. i would advise following -
1) keep its short, under 1 min.
2) never use stuff directly from tutorials, like your bike thingy.
3) use good texturing and lighting. make your images stand out in terms of detail and beauty so one remembers when he sees your work.
thanks for your advice Orb3. Will definitely work on the areas that you advised me.
Only problem is that, as I am not a "trained professional" like others, I am not aware of Important things that I should learn. But still doing my best, to compete with these professionals.
in indian scenario, i believe there is no such thing as a "trained professional", as our education in this field is very poor to say the least. So you are not less then them in any way.
If you want to persue this career you have to be very self motivated and self educated. you best resource is online training. look at Digital tutors and similar sites that offer education in this line.
Bottom line is that not having done a "course" in vfx can never be an excuse for low quality work. So work on that.
I am myself self taught, and it can acctually be an advantage than a disadvantage.
