thanks broda...u right saying...but here my tank has no specular...
the tank is full covered with..thick coated color...and with some
old rust..may be i can put specular on it...but i think it will not look
oK as per my target...,i don want to make my tank
like still...,actually i want to make my tank
old but coated with thick color...
any way i will try on that...thanks a lot for
ur time...

thats good if u are creating ur own concept. But u should draw ur concept. other wise i dont think u can start directly on 3d and start modeling. Good way to use reference and if u have concept, modify with real reference. But i am appreciate that u create this directly on 3d with ur imagination. Good Job.
Before start texture understand the what kind surface u r going to texture. then start with base texture & play with it until u don't get nice base texture. then give a flat texture on it, after that start variation. Side by side u can play with specular map. Paint ur specular map properly. If it is possible give some advance details through bump map.
Rust on ur tank its not look real. U just drop that texture on the flat paint texture. "creap that".My meaning to say give some chip off through painting. Give some scratches, highlight on the corners, lots of the things u can do.......

I got it manik but let me clear that model i have a reference...which is
got lost when i start...,but almost 80% i done by my self.(modeling..)
and texturing fully...,but i don want to make metallic..on it ..because
tank raw metal is converted with thick coated paint which is towards rust..almost...,So,technically tank has no shiny metallic things...,ys as u say scratches,highlight on the corners....that's i can do...,but that's not what i want..to make,my target is make it with coated color with little rust in side...,i mean i don want to put still metallic look on it..,it will look so bad...feeling..but scratches and all that will try on it...thanks for ur time and idea.Manik...,i will try...
