hi ...firstly i appologise for asking this very naive question...but its eating me from the inside....i am a character artist ...3d modeller...and i wanted to know how good of a work is good enough for a company like rythm and hues...if i wanted to join it....and is talent alone enough ....or is experience a criteria too....i have never been employed before... really looking forward to making a career out of this...so thought i would jus clear out a few doubts...cause ive had a pretty tough...action packed life till now....and hoping to put all that behind and start all over with something i really liked from the first....entertainment arts....looking forward to your guidance....
