Oceansplash is a great tool to make impressive splashes in seconds.

Splashes make a scene exciting to the viewers, but making them is a hectic process even for the experienced. A team of experts spend days if not weeks in order to make convincing splashes for eg. like an animation of a plane crash that involves an ocean. A good splash requires thorough study, Research, Physics, advanced scripting skills, tests, etc. It also becomes frustrating, when splashes are to be redone every time the animations are modified. Thus having a CG splash in an animation simply shoots up the cost of production. If the splashes are not looking good after all that, it will simply spoil the scene, and no matter how good rest of the scene is, it would earn nothing more than a bad reputation for the Animation studio. As a result a very few well experienced and well equipped production houses attempt to make splashes.

Oceansplash is a Maya plugin which is responsible not only for making awesome splashes in "seconds" but also responsible for "managing" them. That is..,
FIRSTLY, this plugin saves a lot of crucial production time.
SECONDLY, when the splashes are built by Oceansplash, they are simply automatic. That means animators are free to modify the splash making object's animation any time without needing to worry about "also modifying" the splashes every time.
FINALLY, it does not take a team of experts to work on oceansplash to make awesome splashes. As a result, you save the precious time of your experts too and their valuable time can be then utilized for other works.

Whether it be just to check how a splash would behave for a slight change in animation, or changing the entire animation altogether, "the splashes are already done".

sort of experimenting with it,I have started it from dynamesh ,then usuall sculpting,used fibers for hair and rendfered in BPR and used new filters and stuff to get the out put image.
