I use Bendy Limbs but the method only works for splineIK, i found some bugs in Ribbon Setup so i don't use it anymore will again try to do some RnD to remove those bugs!
People usually learn splineIK method from AFR, but you still need to modify it a lot to make it work good.
Recently i saw a technique by which my SPINE never flips, usually if we rotate our spine it flips after 180 degrees.
I am soon going to make my site which will contain all cg related tutorials and want people who can upload some tutorials which might be useful!

Recently i saw the technique of "Sum of 10 Blinks" used by Sony Imageworks and saw some related material by John Doublestein and simplified the whole procedure to get the desired result and the output is coming out great.
Soon i will be posting that tutorial on my new blog
