I have recently graduated with an associates degree in 3d Animation. I was looking at all of the entry level positions in the field, everyone wants 3 years or more experience. Where am I supposed to get this experience? I can't afford the art schools, so I have to try and create an awesome demo reel with the knowledge that I know.
