please help me on lip sinks matching

hi friends i am a new for cg world i have a doubt on lip sinking in cinemas first any picture is completed in one language and they give charecter animation and lip sinks for charecer and after they release same movie in different languages how the lip sink is exactly matched or they re modify the lip sinks.please give me suggestion. my email id is sudarshanreddy@in.com
