job search

I have recently graduated with an associates degree in 3d Animation. I was looking at all of the entry level positions in the field, everyone wants 3 years or more experience. Where am I supposed to get this experience? I can't afford the art schools, so I have to try and create an awesome demo reel with the knowledge that I know. I want to be a rigger, eventually an animator. I am pretty good at rigging. My teachers both said they don't deal with rigs as complex as I made mine last semester. I was stoked to hear that.
