Tried to download your file, from your link. This is what is says?

"You must be a registered member to download original video".......mmmmm that can be pretty annoying for a potential employer. Might I recommend that you you boxstr.com instead, since it gives you the option of giving a direct link to your file instead of going to 2 or 3 sites.

Your work is good...u need to work on the camera angle....work a bit on the lights..and just put music in the background, not with the lyrics. :)

Hey Charu........
nice work..... :clap: :clap:

Seeing your demoreel twice,thrice.....I made some observations.... :)


1. In the introduction of the demoreel, Package man's nose is visible at the left corner, make sure its out of the frame and even there's a point where he is placing a block away from his body.......it seems out of balance.... take care of that.

2.The Lamp one...... we can see a spot light illumination on the board but there's not much illumination on the bulb itself and as we the bulb more then twice in this animation.....it looks artificial.

3.In the balloon one......the way the first flap opens is bit awkward.....If something is suspended down....at that time you can show the followthrough because its going with the gravitational force(as your rest of the Flaps) but the first one is going against the gravitational force so it feels very awkward then u show followthrough there.....I hope u are getting my point..

4.In the sneak.... do one thing make the guy see in either of the side and the hands r always in front of the rig.... break the monotony.......

and lastly use a lighter background.... try white or light grey!!!!


If u take care of these points... it might help.....
