Critics: the jumping of guy seems weightless i mean anticipation should be more also in Package man animation seems lil bit floating .............yaa.... I really liked your presentation ,its good neways ....... keep animating..........

first of all i think you should change how 'luxo' (the lamp) is walking...just now the way it is walking...almost no living thing will walk like this...it will hard to walk that way...while walking, let him push the ground, which inturn will help him to propagate in forward direction...see the gif below for slight idea of what i am trying to tell..

ball, balloon animation..loved the way it is presented...frankly i would suggest you to work again on walk cycle and jump...just now there are very noticeable mistakes in walk and jump...sneak walk is what i loved the most...in machine walk...you don't have to curl fingers on purpose...they should look like they are curling in because they are lifted above the ground..see this gif...

...in dialog, acting there are some jerks here and there...
....else everything looks cool...this is what i frankly feel...i may be wrong tough...i am not expert, and haven't even reached at the position where you are..just that i can see other's people mistakes...he he he ;) ...hope i can see my mistakes the same way...lot's of luck..and have a nice day...
