hi friends,i' nikhil a student of MAAC,this is my first animation showreel, i'm still learning the fine art of animating,and hence would love a critical/appreciative feedback from you...peace out!!!

Hey Nikhil, Please dont mind but all am gonna say now is what i feel that it might hurt u.
The first impression in my mind comes that- All you have done is learnt the software. BUT you havent done anything with the art of animation.
The clips you have in your reel are mostly from the Digital Tutor video tutorials and they lack the basic principles of animation.
AVOID fancy background sounds and transitions and focus on learning the basics of animation.
Put in some acting and performance in your reel.
Check out the reels of animators online, sepcially those coming out from Animation Mentor and see the quality.
And in the end, dont loose your heart all, all of us animators were like that in the start.
Focus on the art of animation and less of the software technicalities.
And once again, please dont mind !

thanks a lot mate for all the suggestions, really appreciate them, even i kinda got 'that' feeling after i saw my reel and hv since then worked on the basics through 2D fundamentals, got some new work done which i'm linking up right now, please be as critical as u can be, cuz trust me i know m not the best but i know anyone can be:rolleyes: :D once again thanks a lot for all the comments and KEEP IT COMING:clap:
