Hi Guys,
This work was done by me a few days back... though client liked the output and got finalised, i was bit disappointed with the artifacts which i got at corners. Inspite of many efforts i could not overcome it and delivered the same.
In the 2nd image you can find arrow pointing towards a kind of glow effect ( artifacts) which i could not solve.
I would really appreciate if any experts here can tell me how to get rid of them, please......
Let me know if you want me to post the render settings.... ?
Thanks
Vijay

Hey mukks,
Thanx will give a try for sure, and material settings is quite simple one yaar... 252,252,252 ... I have overcome that problem if i turn "Sample Size" in LC from 0.01 to 0, but then it effects the overall darkness of the scene and shadows, which i dont want.
May be i need to give a try using other option as said by you both....
Btb howz the output ... ? no comments ... ?
Thanks

CG Guys,
Can anyone pls tell me solution for the below....
I'll put an HDRI map in "Reflection/REfraction" Slot in render settings.
The reflections of the map should no be visible in all the glasses which i have in the scene ( assuming that i will be using that map only for Stainless Steel effect. )
Note : I'll not turn off the receive and generate reflection/refraction in Vray object settings becoz i need those glasses to take reflection from scene and not from HDRI map..
Please let me know how can we acheive that .. ? Hope am clear .... ?
Thanks

Hmmm ok Mukks let me try to make it more clear....
Assuming i have two reflective glasses in the scene, to achieve reflections in it i'll put a HDRI image in "reflections/refractions" override roll out of render settings.. right ... ?
Now my point is, the reflection of the HDRI map should fall in only one glass in the scene and the other glass should not take reflections from the HDRI map. Is it possible to do so.. ?
Hope am clear .... :)

OK dude,
before anythng ....Pls look into your shadow directions. Its moving in all the directions...
Overall its a good work from you, But dont worry too much on the glow, it looks alrght, the white paint tends to glow when light hits directly...
And also pigeons in shadow doesnt look rght, they are not recieving shade...

thanx pradeep....
shadows: there is only one Direct light emitting shadows ... so shadows are proper i beleive. The reason why i kept sun in camera direction bcoz i wanted to get the shadows of "sun shade glass" & its holders which are falling on entrance steps. Else, i would also prefer to keep the sun diagnolly opposite to camera.
pigeons : yes they are not receiving the shade bcoz they are composited in photoshop:p .. will take of that ... :)

unfotunately when i am trying to follow these steps .. the .vrmesh file is not storing textures ... can anyone pls tell me why is it so .. ? or is there any method to store textures in .vrmesh file...
Solution is very much appreciated ....
Thanks

ok mukks.. i tried it and got as u said ... thank you boss.... :)
one advantage of loading proxy files is we can render huge polygons and manage the scene very well, which is really use full
second advantage what i thought was... i can make use of my material slots for some other objects, but after we import proxy file, again we have to apply saved material... isn't .. ? so whats the use ? is there any other method where we can save textures also .vrmesh file... ( evermotion tutorials say that only, but its not happening ) ...
