hey, looks very flat to me. somthing to be done with the lighting and textures. Its not having the depth. you could add a little bump in the textures such as walls, roads. The black metal pipes could be shiny and more reflective. anyway keep it up to a good work. the ivys and small plants on outer wall don't have shadows.

Hi jenrique,
Thanks for the suggestions.. would appreciate if you can tell in detail what excatly u mean by "Flat"... ? it would help me to understand clearly.... Yes may be some bump maps would enhance the image... coming to black pipes material, they are non-reflective materials so i was told by architect not to use reflective material :)

By "flat" i mean u need to set a bit lighting so that contrast in ur image can be adjusted. here wht i got after tweaking in PS. U need some shadows. The refections can be better i.e. some tree kind of. Though its what i think may be not others.

hmmm got it .... will try for that .. and reflections suggestion is really good ...
but the major problem when it comes to Architectural Viz is, architects/clients here mostly ask for a clean render, rathar than a realstic dirt/bump etc added image. They usually try not to treat Arch.Viz as CG.... and above all the time is like tooooo short and hectic :( .. though i intend to enhance the image, i dont get chance bcoz the render becomes deliverable.
Anyways hope so i implement all your valuable suggestions... :)
thanks

oops i forgot to upload the image. here it is. I know clients don't give enough time for things and don't like dirt or bump but a low level of bump (not dirt) can be added to realism. anyway keep up good work.

I think your sun direction is not proper. It shud be diagonaly opposite to your camera to create the proper depth in ur image. Try this. U'll get good result.
Foreground shadows are too sharp. Try to make them blurr.

Hi Mushir,
thanx for that, will check the sun direction for sure .... ya shadows are very sharp bcoz i dint use shadow bias option as it would increase rendering time and client was up on my head. :)
Thanks
