can anyone help tell me that which is the best plugin for creating liquid in 3ds max.

Though there are many plugins available for making liquid but it usually depends what sort of liquid you are planning to make .
the most famous are GLU 3d and Real Flow.
I find Glu 3d very good for max and easy to learn.if you can explain a bit more about the type of of stuuf you are planning to make I hope I can help you more.
