looks awesome megha..... 
a few tips to improve....try adding a little more depth on the dark areas...... 
the eyes and lips could use a sharp highlight 
a more even shine on certain areas of the hair would look great.... 
and the cloth looks very plain compared to the girl....try adding some folds....to show texture.....

Very good work. I suggest you to use a wacom tablet than a mouse. You can creat much faster and will have more stroke type lines. Nice work.<IMG src="smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0">

hey meggs 
look u used mouse no doubt abt ur contol over it but partner your face looks swollen 
the place between eye and nose needs more depth 
diffuse that earring 
beacuse it should cath some shadow 
give some more depth in neck to create a depth of field 
 well sorry for being this critical 
see 
u have it in u jst little tweenin here and there

but to be very frank....i liked the second image the most....i.e without that  Chunri......... 
 
one more thing, just check the cheeks on the ear side.....

the cloth in the 3rd image don't match with the lady....

it's not the cloth colour!!! it's the transparancy of the cloth...

Hey megha, good work keep it up, but u can improve it a little more specially the areas like her cheeks make em look more smooth, and eyebrow needs some work too, those reflections on her eyes can be improved too to make her more beautifull and good.<IMG src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0">
And atlast some work at the forehead area just above her eyebrow, the dark patch between her hair n skin is too high in contrast u can tone that down n make it more suttle. over all i liked your painting and keep it up.<IMG src="smileys/smiley20.gif" border="0">

the geryscale image shows more depth. try achieveing that in color too. sharper highlights would help.
