Nice start,

Take care of the 90 degree edges, chamfer or bevel them ( will make it look less CG)

textures can have some variation like a little dirt here and there

the area inside the 4 window's on the left is completely black, it wont be as he light bounces inside also.

corners should be a little dark, right now all the corners look bright (the area where the wall meets the ground and corner of the steps)

for that take an ambient occlusion render and multiply with the original image in Photoshop, u should reduce the opacity of the Ambient Occlusion layer.

if i am not clear pl let me know.

Hi Jilesh, I was busy in some projects so couldn't get the time for new work. I will be posting some new stuff very early.

warriorash ya i m agree with u abt chamfering the edges n some variation abt the variation in textures. Abt that 4windows there should be some bouncing light but i can't get some good reference for that angles. so it remained as it was in picture. I will apply an ambient occulsion over this to make it more beautiful. Thanks again for ur valuable critics.

Hey,

Kool render .... good effort using mental ray.. but the 4 window spaces inside look too dark.. more GI would solve it probably... Anyways nice work.. keep posting...

yeah G.I wd solve the problems but wd shoot up ur render time ..

fake it...
put some basic shapes like box, cylinder, whatever that wd make it look like as if there is something inside the room and put a light inside with diffuse light and no specular light
a dark blue hue as the light colour ,

if u are using a point light then make sure that there are no hot spots aka bright spots..
