for the brightness u've used, it would be nice, if some FG happening, near the shadow, are, anyhow, if u r reducing the brightness, then it should be fine,

the patch work, near the window, on the left side of theimage doesnt look seamless, some touch on photoshop reqd,

all the best

One of the main problem with the image is that the building on the top right hand side is way too bright. It's burning the image. Turn down the intensity of the light. I suggest you look at some reference images.

Here is an example

Also the textures are stretching on the right hand of the building

wonderful piece of work dude but there are some places where u could make some adjustments like

at a glance the eye focuses on the burnet out roof ( on the right ) so u can unlink a bit of top lights for the roof if u have used GI's

and another thing try to focus one's eyes at the center of interest tht u want to have in the scene i mean it could be the clothes that are hung

another thing is that the wire starts from the center of the image try to push it to the bottom a bit (from the left) so that u can apply the 2/3th rule of composition the right of the wire looks good

try to get some shadows on that right building the one that is burnt out

(if not possible fake it)

and one of ur glass window textures on the left have a bit of pixelation try to improvise on that

the texture on the left building the white patch near the clothes should have a slight bump it looks like smudged take a look at that too.

but over all dude 9.99999 out of 10 great piece of work keep the good work going
