Hey, nice thread soul!!!

Well, I finished my B.E in Software engineering from karnataka. And joined the imfamous IT industry.. But from the start itself i was more of a blend of aesthetics and technical mojo.... So, couldnt work for more than a few months in the IT firm in a corporate atmosphere raking my brains on just plain programming code. So, very soon i was in mumbai.. taking mighty plunges into the 3d world.. And here i am.. enjoying it to the heights with fellow mates...I seriously love this industry and am proud to be associated with such talented souls as u guys, Tantriks....

saw this wallpaper of a car model a friend had made and i asked him
what he had done it in......he said theres this package called 3d
extreme that he used...ii didnt even have a comp back then....12th
std....1998....bought a comp a few months later...and the guy said max
is better than extreme so loaded max r1 on my p200mhz....and
started playin with the buttons since my copy had no help files......i
was like..a box...wow.......made my
first car and animated it on the second day...with just boxes and
spheres......mae a man using spheres with taper and bend.....(i didnt
know about edit mesh till a few months later..)...and so it began...

secon yr in engineering i got majorly frustrated with what i was doin
and realised i needed to move into art.......finally someone told
me there were forums online and thats where i got my first help(never
gonna forget joan of arc!!).....and realised i could make a profession out of a hobby........
