<P>hi abhijeet here</P>
<P>&nbsp;i just want to know how to render for animation showreel, when i render it using playblast [resolution 600x480]&nbsp;size for each file goes upto 7-15mb, so ultimataly my showreel render goes upto 150 - 200mb</P>
<P>so pls help me</P>

<P>don't render using playblast, render the scene as images. use PAL format or NTSC, dependin on ur frame rate. keep the image format as targa, good for retainin a lot of detail (make sure u have a lotta hdd space coz this does take up hell lotta space). once u finish renderin, import the images as a footage sequence into any editin software like adobe premiere or whichever u like. there export it as a movie. if ur final vid is a quicktime vid, then compress it with sorenson 3, very good compressor. hope this helps</P>

I'll recommend u to use after effects..the new version is really fast n the quality of ur work will be preserved..n u'll get a lot more options..than premier pro.other than the of formats r more than any other software.its really a good choice for making show reels..
