as soulstation said, need to work on the hair part.

SubSurfaceScattering is the technique to achieve the skin effect(like transparency & translucency), which will help u to give natural feel, rather plastic feel.

try to reduce the mesh, as of now its toooo dense, near the chin area.

keep going

Oh thanks <SPAN =bold>dynafx
i got it - i will try subsurfacing as you said .. You are right about mesh - it should be light at pointed area ..

Thanks

TIP : avoid keeping the eyeballs in the center, probably 1/4 of the
black can hide inside the eyelid, when the black portion is reaveled in
complete circle it looks like the person is straining the eyes [ works
better for anger, shock expression]

Great tip - <SPAN =bold>rawskull
Thanks for consideration.

Mmm, she looks to CG to me. It doesn't have a sense a character to me. But it is not that bad.

I think what is lacking is in the texturing. It lacks too less detail. I really recommend you to go on CGtalk and find a good face texturing tutorials.

A good site to visit for modellers is spiraloid

http://cube.phlatt.net/forums/spiraloid/index.php

As for the hair, I have seen people do awsome job with just simple nurbs grids.

Hope that helps

Pritish
