1.Cut the skin Modifier<br>

2.Remove all links from biped to the mesh or vice versa(U may have linked hair or caps to the biped head bone)<br>

3.Destroy the character object if u have one.<br>


<br>


4. Move all the mesh parts 100 units in X and remeber that.<br>


<br>


5.Go to figure mode and scale(remember the value as u need it to put on other parts of the mesh) <br>


<br>


ur biped to the desired level and exit figure mode.<br>


<br>


6.Move all ur mesh parts back.<br>


<br>


7.Paste the skin mod back, ur character might squash a bit but dont worry....Just chk "Always deform " option off and on again.<br>
