Hey hope every 1 is doin great and workin hard!... jus finished this creature model for my showreel ,the concept is frm the creatures of star wars book, i totally loved it so wanted to reproduce it in 3d ..The base model was done in 3dsmax and then the details were sculpted in MUDBOX. and the final image was rendered in max with brazil. textures were hand painted in photoshop.. hope u guys like it..

This is awesome. for jthe first time i am seeing a work that brings out the feel of a mollusc. It's very intense ( the bulge and tyhe artery popping out in the eye ball and the ferocious teeth) and the only work that looks amazing even when viewed from an orthographic point of vision. That's a great achievement.

And also MUDBOX!!! great detailing

really cool stuff dude, great detailing,a reall y great work,

if u intend to ,just work on the eye shader and texture a little more, cause i think
the first thing anybody looks is the eyes, and that should surely be lively.and i also think that u can decrease the specularity a little bit,

rest all rocks man
Splendid work mate. This model has got details in all the right places. I want to to see a bunch of these dudes in fervid waters going after that helpless victim.

Greetings,
Satish.
