Thanks to Toni Diterlizzi for granting me permission to use his concept arts. 
Made it with Max and photoshop. 
Rendered the skin in mental ray SSS. the rest rendered in scanline. composited in photoshop. Hair is all Max 8 hair. 
In addition to hand painted textures on the UVs, I've painted over the
image at certain parts to give it a fantasy'n'painterly feel. This was made over 4 nights. modeling over 1 night, texturing, rigging
and posing over 2 nights and renderin and compositing over the 4th

Great character and composition Anish. Expression it good too... only thing that bothers me is his hairs falling on back feets. Doesnt
look that natural...donno maybe there sud be more shadow or detail in the hairs? Nice work again <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> Harsh.

nice work dude....... fur system is kool........can u tell us which fursystem u use...looks very nice. i felt the hair strand could have been thinner...........as the fur in the mushtace and beard looks different... and the way beard is getting soften makes it look unnatural.... over all kool work dude.... hats off for the handling fur<img src="smileys/smiley32.gif" border="0">
