hey raj,

every body knows that.but wats ur intention ....that u r reminding that.

its bad luck for jadoo.they tried their best to stop people. the only problem

was ,their marketing was not good.

and i really wonder y they quit too early.

n e best wishes for all artists got out from jadoo.

Hi Jimmy,

My Intention is straight that it can happen to any studios which has huge employees with fat salaries.I do not mean to hurt jadoo guys or any other.BEST OF LUCK to all the jadoo guys.

its not bout the fat salary alone,

its bout the bad management, which few other studios are facing already, cgimantra, another example, soon, i doubt, other studios are going to follow, sad scene for all the artists

I personally feel jadoo's down fall was not only because of the bad management or fat salary.

Its also because of the employees who left the studio half the way while working on the series without any commitment, eventhough most of them were trained in Maya for the series.

Attitude of the people was one of the main reason downfall for the studio. I personally feel this where human resource department failed in jadoo works while selecting the people with right attitude.

I agree with push_in and DYNA. In the past + present ppl have been
speaking Negative about jadoo, but when it comes to
professionalism they have miserabley failed because they have run
to an another company for extra money without even doing a single
frame of production, for the money they got paid in jadoo !!, so
called fat salary ! even during training period.

So i feel all the "paper tigers" who have already got the taste of
pension during there training period in Jadoo, are un happy about the
fact that now they have to work their ass of to earn wages. Hence
they take out there frustration by pointing fingures at past ! [ if they
crib about their current situation they might fall in the line of fire with
their current employer ]

so i feel HR is the culprit cause they put in all there effort to hire all
devious characters !

It is so important to have a very strong HR DEPT in order to
"SUSTAIN" sucess.

a little birdie told me its more to do with venture capitalists vs management or some such bull.
         &nbs p;         &nbs p;
doesnt matter what it was...what matters is, it put a lot of artists
out of work.even people who were working well in jadoo...
like the guys in the 2d animation dept......i hear they were doin well....
and then one day...bang!

Hope you guys find a nest soon........
yes SIR !

I feel we need to pass on what we learn from loss ! cause our loss
shouldnt be others too. my suggestion to all those paper tigers is that
its high time that you build up your professional skills and avoid
being exploited for money

i mean if they look for only money then what is the difference
between oneself and all those people who sell there bodies for living

wat du you think ?

p.s well about the avtar i thinks he needs blood ! and also there is
nothing for now which can scare him !

hey push in ,

its proffessional world. any thing can happen. it doesnt mean jadoo that

jadoo have to shut down. they have to take it as a challenge.

in utv i remember the toonzanimation studio took away all well trained staff

from utv. but utv havent closed that time. they took new people with

all new strategies.

important thing is jadoo lost its mind in making showoff.

they started to compare themself directly with pixar.

but their major staff was less experienced. flop COO, less experienced

directors, and bad strategy of crest also.

                     wat u say?
