<span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">hi,<br><br>new to this place and glad to be here...<br><br>i am finishing of with my masters in architecture and here i did&nbsp; an introductory course in maya.. i aint as good as many of you but want to get as good. figured ill join a cg job. but do not know where. i have taught my self how to rig and model. and just begining to understand texturing and lighting. i wanted to know what kinda job would some one in my place join and how much could i expect ...<br><br>please advice<br>amit.,.<br></span><!--

Well I would say or as u should hav already heard... get urself to specialize in a area first... modelling, rigging, texturing, animation etc...Having a knowledge of all of them is really good.. but u should specialize in one single area... for ur place u can get a job in companies like dataquest as a fresher who will be trainee first... u will be learning for&nbsp; few months (no pay) and when u do get into production u will start off with 5000/-, there will be things like bonds and all.. 4 years bond... rite now not in a good position to get a good job... though u can (which will be really hard also) but it will not be all good. <br>
