yeah its good to see indian vfx making news.. even if it is for stupid KOI MIL GAYA.. but something is better than nothing.. <IMG src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0">

i read the other thread first and missed this.... so same stuff u can

<br />Pls go through what bulls**t fxfactory guy has told them.... this same
<br />guy once challenged that he can make jurassic park in a year and
<br />why ilm took 3-4 years??.... he might hav done some work for amar
<br />akbar antony... but these kind of people without sufficient supply of
<br />commonsense has to be given some code of conduct while talking to
<br />media...this kind of statements just destroy india's image ....no
<br />offense...just my own opinion... i want everyones
<br />opinion on this kind of people.....

hehehe..dude...beyond dreamz...if it wasnt for u..i wouldnt have read that article.......havent seen any Bs there....for a change ppl are bein realistic...and settin targets rather than havin overconfidence.......lets hope things change in thiscountry..:)

<br />media about skin color... He can talk about the works he has done so
<br />far and compare himself with a suervisor in hollywood. May be he
<br />can talk about what all big opportunities he missed in the past and
<br />the steps he has taken to avoid such situations in future. I think that
<br />is more realistic. What he told media is just a stupid statement. Lots
<br />of Indians are working in US studios. They got inside not because of
<br />skin color I guess. Ok we have Maya, XSi, Inferno, Luster and Fire...
<br />but where on earth have we done amazing work? 50% of the
<br />advertisements you see on TV are made in India. But Why the
<br />remaining 50% goes to SE Asian cities and AUS and NZ for post? If
<br />our people are good enough to make Jurrassic Park; Challenge DD
<br />and ILM, why they lose to other countries for advts shot in India?
<br />Why AbbasMastan took Taarzaan wonder car to some other country?
<br />Why half of Koi Mil Gaya went to AUS/NZ?? Why Karan takes his print
<br />to UK to scan? Why there is no predator or Jaws kinda works
<br />originating in india? All those who have commented have done lots of
<br />testing for outsourced work and still lost it bcoz of quality issues...
<br />Someone pls tell me why it happpens in India??? WHY? solution to
<br />the problem is in the answer to my question.
<br />and abt R&H india.Currently they do wire/roto/cleanup/matchmoving
<br />jobs for hollywood films. Hope you all know that no single movie can
<br />be made with just these stuffs...R&H will grow perfectly if they
<br />maintain the current flow... slowly taking in heavy jobs frm LA and
<br />doing it here..this would have been impossible if there was no R&H
<br />LA..who do the business wisely... I appreciate the very big fact that
<br />they dont talk nonsense like others .... They havent challenged
<br />anyone so far. They live with what they do..why cant others do the
<br />same.???

about the color of the skin must be really livin in some kinda twilight

now a couple of years down the line we have a 3d animation dept as
well....<br>

call... i would have very well been part of it....<br>

Im sure Mr. I can do it all in a factory had a reason behind all
this... As far as this topic of VFX man im still proud to be an indian
and nomatter whatever people say or do.. it really does not bother
me.... if one person can give a worng impression about the industry
that i belive there are many who can do just the opposite....<br>
Thus saying so... i will continu and work hard and help owr industry
grow in a much better and stronger enviornment.... who knows like Mr.
Beyond Dreamz said.... maybe by 2006 or 2007..... but i ain't givin up<br>

dept.&nbsp; Don't forget Mr. Soulstation... yea and please mention this

<br />mr. karan johar who has taken 2-3 movies in hindi. Scans - film
<br />scanning.. making cin or dpx img seq out of film.. prints- printing the
<br />dpx sequence back on to film .... i wonder how u all guys demand to
<br />be a part of this great industry without knowing basic terminology of
<br />movie post/vfx... :) ... why they take it to UK bcoz we have
<br />bad scanners and bad colorists in india. [:D]
