Hi Friends... I?ve finally finished it. As you ppl alread know, I?ve been working on it for quite a time as my personal modeling, texturing and lighting practice, and also for the comptetion running on www.cgunderground.com (http://www.cgunderground.com) named Character Caught in Motion. Its been a great learning experience while making this, I?ve always been fantasized with vampires, and their evil powers. So thought of making this piece.
Though I was very inspired with the toy, I changed it little bit design wise as thought the changes I did looks better than the toy. Like cloth, facial structure, textures, environment and stuff. I really had to work very hard to finish this, as less time was the problem. If I had more time, I could?ve made him much better. Zbrush made a huge impact on me since I started working on such an awesome software.I?m pretty happy that I finished it on time. Hope you like this and post your valuable comments?and that I could produce better works in future.

So much said, i?m posting final image and will be posting more images of textures, wireframes and much.
Also if you wanna have a look on the Work in Progress for this character...from start to finish, where u guys at cgtantra helped me a lot...by giving grilling critics... Thanks a ton guys...here's the link

simplly amazing work. full of action. if u could just add some motion blur to the sword then it would make the image still more dynamic.

WOOW...i just posted it yesterday...and so many replies...guys i'm overwhelmed with your support..thanks a lot

pokeye: i made this for still render but as you can see its rigged and posed so yeah it can be animated aswell...

sonic: i cud've tried a lot more things with like u said motion blur...but had to finish him...

maxmay51: i would like to say that never be discouraged or depressed with good works...but always be encouraged and get inspired. its not long time when even i used to think same way...used to be amazed how those amazing artist used to do it. but then figured it out myself that hard work pays off...and yes it feels good if i can inspire and help someone and please DO POST what ur working on...just so that we all can help each other and keep this community growing...

shivesh: thanks a lot man...and you can check the wip section of this character for the progress...and yes i will be soon making a "Making Of' for this as well skullhead mobster...so yeah wait for it...

dinesh: bg castle is an image and other elements are handpainted...

Mr.Jake: here's the composition layer...but the changes you will see here are very subtle...so yea crank up your monitor's brightness to see variations...hope you enjoy it...
