OK guys, here's are my first two DPs with my new Wacom Intuos tablet.... Getting a hang of the pen for now.....<br>

dude i am gr8 fan of lotr......so posting a reply.....the image that shows the hand of saruman (i guess) looks pretty good<IMG src="smileys/smiley32.gif" border="0">,but the other image aint upto the mark.....firstly sauron shouldnt be seen in that ball (it should be above the tower)......even the landscape and characters arnt lookin good......in the first image sauron can be seen in that ball(cuz the ball is smaller than the hand)<IMG src="smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0">

hey Angad, well, as I said, these are nothing but spontaneous
work on my new tablet and I'm still trying to get a hang of it. As for
the palantir with sauron, I made that based on an early wallpaper from
the Two Towers. If you see that thing, it shows a fully visible Sauron
in the Palantir with Saruman's hand on it. The environment was a
spontaneous fill up, not really thought abt the concept much.... It is
not Saruon on the dark tower, it is the palantir which, here has been
projected as a source of light for the four characters who also lose
themselves as they fade away into the
light. <br>

Ur first image is very close to the real thing..i guess.. but the next on you would need to add a lot of other stuff to it especially things like burnt grass...uprooted trees... you know what im saying..since i knowur godamn good in compositing and 3d...its just making me jealous.. </FONT></P>

couldn't agree more on the second image. it was my first DP, so, just
drew it flat. I'm not going to work more on it, but am working on a
more comprehensive concept again based on LOTR. <br>

i'am working on a concept based on LOTR. for starters, it'll be out of
the book and based upon the visualization as in the movie version. will
post it when its substantially done... and as for elvish.... the entire
text is in tbe book, scan it in and create a vector version using
photoshop's pen tool. scale it as much as u want for ur bump map...<img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br>

They need retouching dude...............anyways nice work but do some more practice I think so..............Enjoy!!
