Which software are you working on?

I can give suggestion for Maya 2008.

If you have Maya 2008 Extention 1 or Extention 2, Install it.
Load cMuscleSystem plug-in in Plug-in Manager. Muscle Menu will appear in Menubar. In Muscle menu, Maya Muscle Help option is used almost like a muscle rig tutorial.
