rooftop looks nice...but the problem is u have modeled it piece by piece which can be avoided by doing this though texturing...as the end product will be used in game, there is a limitation in the poly count..spend more polies on players viewing range..i.e ground floor...
u can go through some of the other entries in this challenge to get to know how the mesh is made...
the objects or portions which are quite far from players range...u just have to maintain their silhouette/ outline..

Yeah! i'm not going to keep those as it is. I thought of taking them to Zbrush & get normal map of it, which i will use it on a plane. You can say its just temporary. But yeah u are right, my mesh is already more than 12K. So i still got lot of things to do.

the wall texture needs a little more variation in texturing..now it looks like parts of airbrushed images..take a base wall texture...not a plain color but a texture and then overlay any kind of dirt or ageing on to the base...not much time i guess..
