you could have put the wood work in texturing than modeling every piece(or did u put it as bump map?)... can u show the wireframe?

my last model has 16083 polygons
Now i have reduced the no. of polygons to 9152
check the image and comment

seems like you did a lot of work on getting those wood work on the wall...as said before, you can get the same look by normal map and a good texture work...as you have modeled the wood pieces outside, it can be utilized to generate the normal map for its low poly version..check out the transfer maps feature in maya...its pretty simple to use...
as tri counts matters so much in the game env...you have to use it properly...that's the whole difference in production(film) environment and game production...
i would suggest you to get those wood details through normals and utilize those polies to put more objects on the scene....

just found a nice tutorial on "transfer maps" in maya to generate normal and other maps...

i think you can use the base mesh of the house itself...
One more thing, how is anyone going to enter the area?? the boundry is totally closed?:confused:
