the overall look is nice..:) but you have kind of "over" textured it..all the graffiti's could have been more towards the lower part of the wall and less on the top...and how did they paint behind the pipes?? you could have overlapped the graffiti textures on pipe..

the ground and lower part of the wall brick texture looks a little stretchy...tile the texture properly...think how big will be the brick size and tile according to that.

giving subtle details gives more reality...and that is for the bumps on the ground..
