Hi ! Thanks a lot to everyone who were there at CGTExpo and made it more happening and successful than what we expected. People coming in from all around the country and the response from animation professionals, students, enthusiasts and studios made CGTExpo stand proud on what it promised, to be - India's Largest Expo on Animation, VFX and Gaming.
Please write your reviews and feedbacks here...

I'd like to be a bit 'open' about my view on the CGT-Expo.
40% - Was about Animation Institutes
35% - Was about different studios looking for employees.(I was quite impressed)
Rest All - Misc Stuff including the Zapak booth.
Seeing that ratio itself was a pleasure, thinking that India is really hapenning. One of the turn-off for me was that none of the employment was about 'game development'. Most of the employment was about VFX and a few on straight forward animation creation. Felt very sad because of that. No Gaming? There were other tiny things that also was sad for me. There was a small showcasing section having works of SamarVijay, Vivek, Sriram and a few others. Those pictures were falling off because a not-so-good adhesive was used. I'd say forget colour prints. I expected they should have at least been put in picture frames with glass front; exactly like how things are showcased in art exibitions. These wonderful artists are the power of our community and it should be showcased with utmost pride.
Lastly, I didn't get a CGT T-shirt, even after asking around the organisers a bit. Curse you guys. :P

It was great to see so many people participating in CGTExpo. thanks to all the people who supported and made this a huge success for all.
thanks for sharing the views and suggestions, we are definitely making note of all to ensure CGTExpo 09 will be much more bigger and more booths will be there.
regarding winners of modeling challenge, please visit this link http://www.cgtantra.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10759
regarding tshirts, as we really were held up in pulling up a big event, we didnt expect so many requests for tshirts. but from now on, we will make sure, we will have sufficient stock with us and wont disappoint anybody.
regarding Gaming, we are making sure different sections for animation, gaming, vfx will be planned and all will be participating from CGTExpo 09 onwards.
go ahead and post all the suggestions and feedback

Since I saw loads of guys wearing the CGT T'ees, I thought maybe they WOULD give me one if I request. Didn't realize you people are falling short of it. Thanks anyways. I just thought it's cooler to wear one of those.

Satan - the people who were wearing Tshirts are volunteers who had come from different parts of India and we planned the tshirts only for volunteers from now on, we will keep sufficient as we had so many people requesting to buy the tshirts.

Event was gr8...
Hope it grow as year pass by....
One thing i notice was lack seat arrangements.[there was media Room. But it was too small.]
Suggestion - Recording Master-Class [Maybe from next year sell Master class videos [would helpful for user who can't make.]
